11.1 jackpot777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, where jackpot777 reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms, has provided false registration information, has engaged in fraud or prohibited activities, or where required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon account termination by jackpot777 for a breach of these Terms, jackpot777 may in its sole discretion withhold all or part of the player's account balance where that balance is determined to have been derived from prohibited activity or fraud. Where no breach is established, jackpot777 will return the available verified balance to the player's registered payment method.
11.3 Players may close their jackpot777 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Any available real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following KYC verification.
